The KiddiKutter training knife is designed for children 3 years and older to cut their own food SAFELY.

This training knife will cut anything that a sharp knife can, but it won't cut kids fingers due to the rounded serrations of the stainless steel blade. KiddiKutter knives work by using a saw action. They are not sharp and they won’t chop, but they will allow children to slice and dice fruit and vegetables and cut up their food. You can give your child the independence they crave while still looking out for their safety in the kitchen as they help prepare their own meals!
